I LOVE everything about Halloween–dressing up with my son, the candy, decorations, and the cooler weather. I don’t enjoy scary movies; I watch them because my husband enjoys them. I would take a good old-fashion thriller over today’s gory slasher films. I really enjoyed putting together this piece for the New York Film Academy because it reminded me that a scary movie can be more than just violent theatrics.
